Terms and Conditions For Recharge Online for the Trident Prepaid SIM Card

This online recharging service for the Trident Prepaid SIM Card ("Recharge Service") is provided to customers of Trident Telecom Ventures Limited ("Customer") by [PayDollar eCommerce Service] subject to the terms and conditions as follows:

1. Use of this Recharge Service constitutes acknowledgement of reading, understanding and acceptance by the Customer of the General Terms and Conditions of the Mobile Services provided by Trident Telecom Ventures Limited ("Trident") as may be amended from time to time and the terms and conditions contained herein.

2. All amounts recharged under this Recharge Service are not refundable and not transferable including but not limited to the following situations:

any unused value of the SIM Card whether before or after its expiry date; and
 

2.2

any recharge amount recharged to an incorrect Trident SIM Card or mobile phone number during this Recharge Service process on the part of the Customer.

3. Trident and/ or PayDollar eCommerce reserve the right to refuse any request for this Recharge Service by any Customer.

4. Trident reserves the right at any time to amend any and all of the terms and conditions contained herein and any and all the General Terms and Conditions of Mobile Services provided by Trident provided that any such amendment shall be first published at the official website of Trident.

5. Any disputes in connection with or arising from the use of this Recharge Service and/or Trident Prepaid SIM Card recharged shall be governed by the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
