Trident Customer Charter and Tariffs

WHEREAS at Trident Telecom Ventures Limited ("Trident"), we treasure each and every one of our customers. With our state-of-the-art mobile intelligent network we are determined to provide you with the most convenient and flexible mobile communication services;

IN CONSIDERATION of your patronizing of our services; AND

SUBJECT TO the General Terms and Conditions of mobile services provided by Trident (please see also at this website).

NOW THEREFORE WE HEREBY CONFIRM AND PROMISE AS FOLLOWS:

1.

"Pay-as-you-go" Pledge. We believe in and implement the pay-as-you-go charging principle. So there is no basic plan and monthly fees for you to pay. You don't have to commit to a lengthy contractual period. You can relax and choose and use from time to time and at any time, any or all of our following services (some of the features are even free of charge):

  • Quality local mobile phone communication
  • Quality IDD calls at competitive IDD Tariffs (please see also at this website)
  • Unified Messaging Service ("UMS") incorporating voice mail and e-mail
  • Short Message Service ("SMS")
  • Local and international call forwarding
  • Free caller display feature
  • Free call barring feature
  • Free call waiting feature
  • Free customer service hotline and emergency calls

Tariffs Pledge. While we are committed to provide you with first class quality services we are also determined to charge with the very reasonable tariffs as follows:

  • Hong Kong local mobile telephone airtime will be charged at HK$1.00 per minute (and recharge airtime at HK$0.8 per minute) round up to the nearest minute.
  • IDD calls and services will be charged at our IDD Tariffs (please see also at this website). IDD will be charged per minute and round up to nearest minute. Hong Kong local airtime aforesaid will also be charged in addition to the IDD Tariffs.
  • SMS (including e-mail sent by SMS) will be charged at HK$1.00 per message.
  • Hong Kong local call forwarding will be charged at HK$0.50 per minute (and at HK$0.40 per minute after recharge) round up to the nearest minute.
  • International call forwarding will be charged at the IDD Tariffs and Hong Kong local airtime aforesaid will also be charged in addition to the IDD Tariffs.
  • Information services, such as news, Stock, Forex information services, concierge service and other value-added services will be charged at HK$5.00 per minute round up to the nearest minute.
  • Trident Prepaid SIM Card will be sold at HK$250 each (with a Hong Kong local mobile phone number and 250 minutes of Hong Kong local airtime).
  • Recharge card will be available at denominations of HK$250 and HK$100 (for Hong Kong local airtime at HK$0.8 per minute).
  • Delivery Service: Delivery or pick up of our products to all hotels on Hong Kong Island and Kowloon Penisular will be charged at HK$100 per trip for upto two set of product.
3.

Immediate Activation Pledge. We promise that with Trident Prepaid SIM loaded into a GSM handset (with battery of course) you will activate your account immediately simply by making your first call.

Hotline Service Pledge. We offer a 24-hour customer hotline 1761818 free of charge to serve you. Preliminary response or proposed solution will be make within two (2) working days after registering of enquiry or complaint.

Privacy Pledge. We respect personal data and privacy of our customers. Under normal and regular provision of services you don't even have to disclose your identity and we do not collect any information about our customer unless the customer makes a complaint or enquiry agrees on voluntary basis or need special services, for instances, requesting to borrow a handset from us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy Statement at this website for details.

Repair and Replacement Pledge. We shall repair or replace defective handset purchased from us within three month from the date of purchase.

Non-discrimination Pledge. We promise to provide the same quality service and charge the same tariff whether the customer has purchased the handset from us or from other third party supplier.

Continuing Improvement Pledge. We have installed the state-of-the-art mobile intelligent network and we promise to review as an on-going process to improve our existing services and develop new services in accordance with the needs of our customers and in the advance of new technology.

WITH THE AFORESAID, WE HEREBY CONFIRM AND PROMISE OUR FULL COMMITMENT TO THE ABOVE PLEDGES.
